The perfect setting for your team retreat or signature celebration. We are pleased to offer special alumni UBC & DAE department rates.

All rental rates include:

• Access to the full main floor of the house which consists of 4 separate rooms, covered terrace, garden & grounds.  
• Tables & chairs
• Set up & take-down of your floor plan as discussed with your dedicated venue manager
• Pre and post-event cleaning
• Onsite Venue Ambassador support until 10pm
• Security guard from 10pm onwards

High Season: April 1 – October 31

• Hours booked are when you have access to the venue, all deliveries, setup and teardown must be completed during your booking window. All CGPH items will be setup for your arrival and removed following your event.
• For a Friday Evening, Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday that falls on a stat holiday weekend, rental rates are High Season Wedding Rates plus an additional $650 fee per booking to cover staff costs.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellations must be received in writing.
Cancellations will be charged a penalty according to the following percentages of the original rental fee:
