UBC faculty, staff, and alumni receive a 10% discount on wedding bookings.

All rental rates include:
- Access to the main floor of the house, covered terrace, garden & grounds
- Tables & chairs (including white folding ceremony chairs)
- Set up & take-down of your floor plan as discussed with your dedicated venue manager
- Pre- and post-event cleaning
- Library & Powder Room for getting ready
- Student Ambassador until 10pm
- Security guard from 10pm onwards
- Complimentary wedding rehearsal based on availability. We confirm the date two weeks prior to the event.

Notes
- Access to the venue is only guaranteed during the booking times above and on your contract. Early/late access is by request only and not guaranteed.
- Additional hours may be added for an hourly rate within 2 weeks of event date, if available.
- For a Friday Evening, Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday that falls on a statutory holiday weekend, rental rates are High Season Saturday rate plus an additional $850 fee per booking to cover staff costs.
Note: Where a stat holiday falls on a Thursday, the Thursday and upcoming weekend will be subject to stat holiday rates (Thursday – Sunday). In the case where a stat holiday falls on a Tuesday, the Weekend through to the Tuesday will be subject to stat holiday rates (Friday PM – Tuesday)
- Please note that Sage Catering will also have increased staffing fees due to statutory holiday bookings
- To confirm your booking 50% of the rental amount is due at signing, $1,000.00 will be taken as a damage deposit at this time. This will be refunded to you after the event assuming no damages occur. Any damages, overtime, or excessive fees will be applied to the damage deposit. The remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to your date, and a final invoice may be issued if any items are added closer to, or on your day.
- Payment for all rentals is accepted by cheque or credit card.
- Cecil Green Park House is exclusively served by Sage Catering.
Cancellation Policy
- Notice of cancellations must be received in writing.
- Cancellations will be charged a penalty according to the following percentages of the original rental fee:
