Set up & take-down of your floor plan as discussed with your dedicated venue manager

Hours booked must include your preferred access time to the venue. All rental deliveries, setup and teardown must be completed within your booking hours. All CGPH catalogue items will be setup when you arrive and removed by our team following your event.
For a Friday Evening, Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday that falls on a stat holiday weekend, rental rates are High Season Wedding Rates plus an additional $650 fee per booking to cover staff costs.
Notice of cancellations must be received in writing. Cancellations will be charged a penalty according to the following percentages of the original rental fee:
