Cecil Green Park House bookings include tables, chairs, set up & tear down of your floor plan. Sage Catering provides all your food and beverage needs, along with your very own catering coordinator.
All rental rates include:
- Access to the main floor of the house, covered terrace, garden & grounds
- Tables & chairs (including white folding ceremony chairs)
- Set up & take-down of your floor plan as discussed with your dedicated venue manager
- Pre- and post-event cleaning
- Library & Powder Room for getting ready
- Student Ambassador until 10pm
- Security guard from 10pm onwards
- Complimentary wedding rehearsal based on availability. We confirm the date two weeks prior to the event.

- Daytime bookings are from 9:30am-3:00pm.
- Evening bookings are from 5:30pm-1:00am; vendor access at 4:00pm, *Sundays until 12:00am.
- Full Day bookings are from 9:30am-1:00am, *Sundays until 12:00am.
- Above times are when you have access to the venue, all deliveries, setup and teardown must be completed during your booking window. All CGPH items will be setup for your arrival and removed following your event.
- For a Friday Evening, Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday that falls on a stat holiday weekend, rental rates are High Season Saturday rate plus an additional $650 fee per booking to cover staff costs.
- UBC Alumni/Staff receive 10% off the venue rental.

Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellations must be received in writing.
Cancellations will be charged a penalty according to the following percentages of the original rental fee:
