Are there any fees that vary or may come up and considered by some to be a ‘surprise’ in the final invoice following the wedding? ie – are there any other variables that may change the original estimate that affect the total invoice

There are 3 variables that can affect your final catering invoice:

– Following the Event, the Client will be billed for the greater of: (1) the actual number of guests that attended the Event, or (2) the guaranteed number of guests confirmed by the Client in advance of the Event

3) Additional labour charges will apply if the Event extends beyond the scheduled event time.
