Timeline

  • Your first payment (50% of your proposal) is required upon receiving your signed contract
  • You will be invoiced for the remaining balance 90 days before your event.
  • UBC-sponsored events are required to pay the full estimated amount upon signing the contract.

Damage Deposit

Within two weeks following your event, we will refund your damage deposit minus any applicable cleanup or overtime charges, damage fees, and/or AV rentals.

GST

Five percent GST will be applied to all events.

Payment Methods

Payment for all rentals is accepted by cheque or credit card (online via Stripe). We do not accept Journal Vouchers for UBC events.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your event, please provide us with written notice. Cancellation fees will apply as follows, based on the timing of written notice and the scheduled event date:
