Three weeks prior to your event, please submit the event form to the venue coordinator. Please include your full event timeline along with your form; it is very helpful for our day-of event venue staff.

Day-of Venue Staff
Your day-of event venue staff will be our student ambassador who is on-site greeting you, your planners and your vendors at the venue, assisting with the room setup, in-house AV requirements, and any last-minute adjustments that may be required. The venue staff will only handle Cecil Green Park House rentals, and can be reached on the on-site cell phone during your event at 604.868.1800
Student Ambassador
DOES: Your student ambassador is on site to assist you with all things venue. They’ll ensure all the Cecil Green Park House rentals (not external rentals) are setup as per your finalized floorplan.
They will assist if you decide on the day you need more or less tables + chairs, help with your venue rented AV, and any access issues (locked doors, dim lights, etc).
DOES NOT: Setup, or move any external rental items. Manage or assist with room flips, coordinate with vendors, setup decor, or manage your timeline. These are all items a day-of event coordinator, or planner would do. We have a list of great event planning companies, recommended by our previous couples, on our preferred vendor list.
