Wedding Rates

Please arrange any AV rentals in advance with your Event Manager.

Bose Speaker System

Please note: Our Bose speaker system is not intended for use by DJs or live musicians. We ask that professional entertainers provide their own sound equipment. The Bose system is best suited for wedding ceremonies, speeches, and events where you are providing your own music playlist.

The Bose speaker system includes:

  • Up to two wireless microphones
  • The ability to connect a personal device either manually or via Bluetooth for music playback

Our onsite Venue Ambassadors will set up the speaker system for you; however, they are not responsible for operating music, playlists, presentations, or personal devices.

We strongly recommend reviewing the system instructions before your event.

Microphones: The microphones will be fully charged and set up for your event. You will simply need to turn them on when ready to use.

Connecting Your Device: There are two ways to connect your device to the Bose speaker system:

Option A: Wired Connection (Recommended)

Connect your phone or device directly to the speaker and control the music from your device.

  • We can provide AUX cables.
  • Please ensure you bring any necessary adapters or dongles required to connect your device.

Option B: Bluetooth Connection

If using Bluetooth, we recommend assigning one person to be responsible for managing the connection and music playback.

Before your event:

  1. Download the Bose App:

    Video Projector: We use an Epson projector, which our team will set up for you.

    Please note:

    • You must provide your own laptop.
    • Your laptop must have an HDMI port or the appropriate adapter/dongle to connect to an HDMI cable.
    • Wireless connectivity and USB/thumb drive playback are not available.

    Projection Screen: We provide a portable projection screen for presentations and slideshows.

    Please note that the screen:

    • Can only be used inside the house
    • Cannot be set up on the lawn or terrace
